All charts are provided in PDF format, which can be opened by Adobe Acrobat
Reader. This program can be downloaded free of charge from the Adobe
website. If you do not currently have Adobe Acrobat installed on your computer,
you can download it for free here.
Charts can be paid for easily through PayPal using the shopping cart on our web site. After your PayPal payment is made, you will be given download instructions for your patterns. Once you have downloaded your file, you may want to save it to a CD or flash drive as a backup.
If you have issues downloading your file or you are not provided a download link within 12 hours of your purchase, please email us at happinessisheartmade@ yahoo.com.
If you prefer to order the 'old fashioned' way, please email us your order at happinessisheartmade@ yahoo.com and we will invoice you through PayPal or give you a mailing address if you'd prefer to send a check.
